BANQUET HALLS :
Palmgrove also has four air-conditioned banquet halls that are as pretty as a picture. Titled Vaishali, Indra Prastha, Indra Sabha and Mini Hall, these banquet halls serve the purpose of holding marriages, parties (birthdays and such), business conferences, product launches, press conferences, seminars and training programs.

- Indra sabha - 15 people
- Mini Hall - 15 People
For larger gathering, we have:
- KJB , which is a non A/C semi outdoor hall that can hold 400 people and
- A lawn with Landscaping that can hold a strong crowd of 700 - 800 people.
The hotel provides the rooms and cottages with some general features that aim to make your life easier. Be it laundry you have to get done, a doctor on call, locker facilities, travel desk or a foreign exchange counter, you avail of all the facilities. More like a one stop shop. The rooms have a 24-hour check out time facility that lends you flexibility in your timings. Personal CC TVs, telephones with direct dialing feature for local calls are also provided.
In house Travel Desk to cater for Air, Rail, Bus ticket bookings and Car rentals. Sight seeing, Airport pick up and drop facility will be provided on request
